About me
I am an antitrust economist. Prior to joining Compass Lexecon, I spent seven years as an economist in the FTC's Bureau of Economics. Before the FTC, I was
an assistant professor of economics
at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington. I received a Ph.D.
in economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a
B.A. in economics and Spanish from Illinois Wesleyan Universiy
in Bloomington, Illinois. I am also an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University.
My research interests lie in industrial organization, antitrust and competition economics, and applied microeconomic theory.
